One of the last Triathlons of the season in Georgia was held on Sunday at Cohutta Springs.  A murky 1/2 mile swim, an 18 mile overcast bike, and some drizzle on the 4 mile run proved to be no match for our athletes.  All succeeded and survived! We even had some podiums.  Congrats to all.  Now into the off season!!

For our lone 70.3 athlete this weekend Shelly Driskell-Ragan it was an interesting day! Her first 70.3! Good swim, 2 mile bike with two inflated tires…then 54 miles with a flat (no bike support…what in the world!!), and a great run time!  Super job Shelly!
