2010 Training Programs

2010 Triathlon Base

Join Joanne Cain, USA Certified Triathlon Coach and USA Cycling and
Swimming Coach, and Multisport Athletics as we help you prepare for
the the upcoming 2010 Triathlon/Duathlon Season. Whether you are new
to the sport or a seasoned veteran, you will gain motivation from
others, skill development, nutritional advice and a positive social
atmosphere

Our training will help you build a strong base for the upcoming season
and get in the best shape of your life.   Get fit with interval
training, pool swims, bike trainer workouts, long bike rides and mini
practice triathlons.
Improve your swim/bike/run transitions and more in a fun and
supportive group environment!

Program Includes:
8 week training schedule
Hands On Group Training 3x/week
Team T-Shirt
Water Bottle
Post Race Refreshments in Team Tent
Improved Fitness Level
Develop Swim, Bike, and Running skills

**NEW THIS SEASON**
Free Bike Fit (by appointment)

ALSO
Ride in traffic and feel comfortable on the road
Cycle with proper form and technique
Develop racing skills to compete safely
Have fun training and make new friends

Training will begin January 11, 2010 at RIDE ON BIKES @ 5:30pm dress
for a run and strength training workout
Dates: January 11-March 8, 2010
When: Mon/Wed 5:30-7:30pm, Sat mornings
Where: Most Rides and Runs will begin from Ride On Bikes, Swims TBA.
Schedule will be given at orientation meeting and first day.
Cost: $325 for the 8-week program (less than $13/session) or $200 for
Saturdays only.
