INTERMEDIATE TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAM - Jan 3-April 17 Mon/Wed at 530pm, Sat 730am
Endurance training for longer distance triathlons. For the intermediate triathlete or the ambitious, this program will help triathletes increase strength, endurance in all three disciplines and help them be race ready for the challenging season. Enjoy well supported brick (bike/run), bike trainer, and pool workouts, as well as open water swims, long bike rides and more with our experienced coaching staff. Fee: $150/month. BEGINNGER TRIATHLON TRAINING -April 25-June 19 Tues/Thurs 530pm, Sat 630am
For the beginner triathlete breaking into the sport. Learn effective and safe riding techniques on the bike, increased running endurance, and conquer the open water swim. Training block is 8 weeks long and included an 8 week training calendar, discounts, nutrition preparation, supported open water swims, and technical tshirt. KIDS TRIATHLON TRAINING – April 30-June 19 Saturdays at 9am various locations
Training for kids 8-12 (*Kids younger than 8 are allowed into program allowed with Director’s permission only). 8 Saturday session will familarize your child with the sport of triathlon. This fun and exciting training will keep your child interested and involved. Trainings are highly supervised and swims are lifeguarded. Swimming skills ARE REQUIRED. FEE: $149/8 weeks
OPEN WATER SWIM CLINIC – 4 weeks in Late April/Early May Saturdays 1030am-1200pm
Focus on your swimming this season. Learn on how to navigate and swim straight and workouts focus on technique, drills and intervals to develop stamina / Stretching, upper and lower / Dry land workouts to
develop strength and power needed for swimming. For swimmers of all levels. SWIMMING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED Fee: $80/4 weeks
SWIM VIDEO ANALYSIS (by appointment only)
Above water filming. Improve your swim technique. Video analysis includes:
*Video taping above water, front and side angles using *Critique session with instructors to analyze your swimming stroke.
*Instruction and demonstration of drills to correct your swimming stroke.
*Copy of video tape including your session with corrections and examples of swimmers with great stroke technique.
