Monday-

Tuesday- The Bike Shop at 6:30pm                  Trainer Workout, Bring own bike and trainer                  1hr

Wednesday-

Thursday- The Bike Shop at 6:30pm                Trainer Workout, Bring own bike and trainer           1hr                               

 Friday-

Saturday- Bulldog Bait and Tackle weather pending at 10am                    30-60 mile options

Sunday-Weather Pending Brick Workout
