Coach

USAT Coach and Multisport Athletics founder, Joanne Cogle has over 10 years of experience in Endurance Sports. She has taught Swims Programs, Triathlon Clubs, Spinning Classes, and taught various other lessons/workouts for the past 10 years. Joanne has completes well over 50 triathlons ranging from Sprints to Ironman to Xterra and can relate to what it is like for you there out on the course.  Does a coach have to race in order to be a good coach? Of course not, but having coaches who are competitive athletes definitely has its advantages.

Joanne is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a USA Level 3 Cycling Coach, Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise, and a Spin and Yoga Instructor.  She completed her B.A. in Exercise Science at Calvin College and a double Masters degree in Sports Studies and Sports Management at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, AL.

Everyone’s time is valuable and we know that you come to Multisport Athletics with a purpose, goal, and certain expectations. Not only do you know what your goals are but you want to reach them as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our coaching responsibility is to do our best to equip you with all the tools you’ll need to create, reach, and maintain those goals each season.
